At the heart of what we do is a pride for tasty, beautifully presented, contemporary food. Our menus are constantly evolving with the seasons and latest food trends. Whilst we don’t want to re-invent the wheel, Krieger’s Kitchen feel that it’s important to move with the times, which is one of the reasons why we design each menu bespoke for every new client. We think that it’s important for our clients to ‘own’ their menus, and for them to include personal favourites or flavours that say something about their personalities. Designing bespoke menus also means that we can take into consideration any special dietary requirements that you have. Whether it’s allergies, intolerances or religious criteria, we’re always happy to work within your guidelines.

Bar

Krieger’s Kitchen is licensed for bar. Therefore, we can take care of the drink side of your function, as well as the food. In addition to standard bar packages, we are happy to offer you a bespoke package that suits your tastes, budgets or requirements. Our trained bar staff take pride in making and serving delicious cocktails as well as wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks. The addition of a mocktail to your menu also offers a fun and interesting beverage for children, non-drinkers and drivers at your function.

Equipment Hire

As part of our dedicated service to our clients, we work together with our approved equipment suppliers to hire in any items that are necessary for your event – such as cutlery, crockery, linen, furniture, glassware or any electrical items that might be needed for cooking. We can also put you in touch with one of our recommended suppliers if you need to hire in non-catering related items such as marquees, dance floors or bar furniture. We only work with likeminded suppliers as we feel that they represent us when they’re working on your function – so you can be assured of reliability and professionalism across the board.

Staffing

Our team of kitchen, waiting and bar staff are hand picked for their reliability, professionalism and positive attitude. We believe that service is as important as good food, which is why all our staff are specifically trained for the job they need to do and are all fluent in English. This applies as much to the chefs and kitchen porters as well as the waiting staff – and most importantly you and your guests will feel the energy of all our staff working as one team with a common goal.
